FEATURES

Post type - multi-ply 2x6 or 2x8 posts. With P.T(pressured treated) lumber in ground. Post depth - minimum 5 feet in ground

Post spaces - from 4 or 5 foot on centre. The spacing of our posts allows us to build a structurally sound building

Wall Systems - typically include 2x6 purlins-2 foot on center.

Trusses - engineered trusses are set on the notched posts. Notching the posts allows for the weight of the roof system to be directly transferred to the posts.

Metal Roofing & Siding - our product is 29 gauge metal backed by a 30 year manufacture warranty. Our metal roofing and siding is fastened with top quality screws.

Screws - have 30% more holding power than nails. Screws are less apt to back out like nails can under certain weather conditions. Screws with washers have excellent sealing quality, that will assure leak resistance to the walls and roof.

Ridge cap - At the top of the building is a metal cap running the entire length of the peak. For cold storage buildings use of polycarbonate ridge caps gives an abundance of light. They are clear and rated many times stronger then fiberglass.

Windows - are a commercial grade, maintenance- free pvc window unit. With an option of sliding window, casement window or fixed window

Walk-in Doors - are a white commercial grade , maintenance-free, steel panel door.

Sliding Doors - are standard and designed to the exact door dimensions that you need, from small to large. You can also upgrade to a top quality overhead or bi-fold door. Installed by our own professionals.

Interior Finish - All buildings commercial or farm can be insulated, vapor barriered, strapped and lined with metal or drywall. Both walls and ceilings. The R value of insulation is optional R-20 or R-28 in walls and R-40 or R- 50in ceiling

Floors - If concrete is what you need, let us get you a quote from our concrete experts. In floor heating is also another option.

Post Frame Construction:
Post frame construction offers unique advantages in terms of design, construction flexibility and structural efficiency. It is well suited for many commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential applications.

Treated Wood Posts:
Wood posts function as support columns in an engineered system of strategically integrated wood-framing components, a system that permits construction costs - both time and materials - to be cut in numerous ways. Posts are glue-laminated, nailed and plated.

With posts in place, before you know it, framing is complete and ready for roof trusses. The significant savings in construction time and materials means you can have the building you want at significantly less cost while meeting local and commercial building codes and construction requirements.

Unequaled Flexibility:
The unequaled flexibility of post frame construction means your building can be designed to make best use of the available site. Post frame buildings offer clear spans large enough to meet the most demanding requirements and total widths and heights can be tailored to meet your needs for today and tomorrow!

Adaptability of Post Frame:
Further, the flexibility and adaptability of post frame construction means you specify the style of architecture most appropriate for your business, building site or your individual taste without incurring higher costs. The bottom line is quality and lowest cost per square foot, when you choose post frame construction!
